This builder’s mission is to deliver the same high quality and service they expect when they are the customer. Aria at Hathorne Hill enjoys gorgeous setting atop a picturesque hill overlooking the town of Danvers, Massachusetts. In this community, which offers carefree living for the 55+ community, the objective for the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath model home’s interior design was to show sophistication through the use of stylish furnishings and patterned fabrics, in a monochromatic theme.

The elegance of the glazed whitewash and dark wood tones blend seamlessly and allow the architecture of this beautiful home to shine. In this model, the designer utilizes larger scale artwork and minimal accessories which helps to keep the lines simple and allow potential buyers to see that first-floor, active adult living need not be cookie-cutter or ordinary.  Transitional furnishings were chosen to appeal to a young active-adult and the more sophisticated genre.  Ample seating in each room allows for entertaining, a must for this demographic that enjoys having family and friends over for any type of social event.  The kitchen island has plenty of counter space to serve as a buffet and seating is comfortable to relax in.

From the moment you walk through the front door, the volume of light greets you and leads you to the back of the home where you can take advantage of outdoor living on your patio.  The Dining Room boosts enough space for six, although there is enough room for 10 by taking advantage of adding extra leaves to the table.  While you’re in the space, you never feel the Dining and Living space encroach upon one another.  The designer carefully chose appropriately scaled furnishings to accommodate enough people in the space at one time.

Lastly, the loft is another area of the house to allow company to feel relaxed in this home. A comfortable space for homeowners to get away from one another or a place where guests will feel that this is an extension of their home while visiting.
